In 2004, inspired by her humanitarian work in Haiti and a personal connection to the life-saving medical care provided by the St. Louis community to her own son, Kate Corbett founded Healing the Children Missouri (HTCMO) in St. Louis. This initiative merged with the International Hospital for Children in 2011 to become World Pediatric Project, thus establishing our St. Louis office. This location has become crucial to World Pediatrics, benefiting from strong local support, partnerships with medical professionals, and the community. St. Louis annually welcomes multiple children for specialized medical treatments. Beyond patient care, the city is host to key fundraising and awareness events, including Treasures in Paradise, Rock N Heal, and Golf For the Kids, a vital role in supporting our mission. Our St. Louis office is a strategic and valuable asset in our efforts to provide critical healthcare to children worldwide.
